Raju,
I noticed a possible inconsistency in your cancellation policy. The first line says:
    • More than 45 days before departure → 10% of total cost + GST
    • 41–60 days before departure → 25% of total cost + GST
This creates an overlap. For example, if I cancel 50 days before departure, it would fall into both categories, and it is unclear which percentage should apply. Perhaps you meant something like:
    • 61 days or more before departure → 10%
    • 41–60 days before departure → 25% This would avoid the overlap.
