Haveli Brij Bhushanjee
This Haveli is situated on the
road to the palace and its location make it very convenient for the tourist
to visit other places in the city and enjoy their traditional way of life
and culture of this small but very beautiful city.
This Haveli was built 150 years
before and belongs to Bohara Braj Bhushanjee family, which gave Bundi as
many as four Prime Ministers all in the 19th century. All the rooms have
been renovated in such a way that the atmosphere of the old architecture is
not disturbed. There is ample open space in shape of tibaries, courtyards
and terraces, from where one can enjoy the magnificent view of the fort, the
palace and this medieval city nestled in the valley. Haveli Braj Bhushanjee
is situated below the palace.
