Pugmark Resort
The Pugmark Resort, sprawling
over an area of more than 5 acres is situated at the edge of the
Ranthambhore National Park in Rajasthan. It's set amidst trees on a private
estate, overlooking the Aravali Range. It is a five minute drive from the
main entrance of the reserve. The facade of the resort is a harmonious mix
of modern architecture and imaginative Landscaping.
A dazzling
main block greets you with the reception, the main lobby, the 24 hrs. Coffee
shop, restaurant area and the conference hall. Just adjacent to it, is the
cascading cave entrance. The cave is an ornate story of lily pools,
waterfall and the raw rocks. The cave unwinds itself to let you through into
the garden. The entrances open to the main pathway, which is flanked by the
pool and the open air amphitheater cum bar on one side and the main green
lawn on the other taking you to the main residential block. The way winds
itself, heightened by the flowing stream in the middle, and the bridges that
run across it.
The 20 well appointed rooms with
their private mini bars, have all the features to deliver the comforts of a
pleasurable stay. The special suite has a private pool, while the master
bedroom is complimented with a mini bar and a study adjacent to it.
Overlooking the pantry and the
restive canopy is a sports section that has a cemented tennis court, a mini
- golf course, a sand filled volley ball court & jogging and walking tracks.
The putting greens and the beach ball game are complimented by the swimming
pool. The adjacent pathway takes one to the shooting range, an area enclosed
by bamboo shrubs and mango trees from which the targets hang. |
