01 Chennai
Bij aankomst wordt u opgehaald en naar uw hotel gebracht. Na het
inchecken gaan we naar de Nationale kunst galerij en museum waar een
prachtige collectie antieke schilderijen te zien is. Andere
bezienswaardigheden in de stad zijn: het St. George fort, de St. Mary’s
Kerk, het Marina strand (het tweede langste strand ter wereld), de St
Thome kathedraal en de Mylapore shiva tempel.
Dag 02 Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram 60 Kms
Een van de zeven heilige steden van India en ook bekend om zijn
handgemaakte zijden stoffen. Een bezoek waard zijn zeker de Kailashnatha
tempel en Ekambareswara tempel die is opdragen aan Shiva. Deze tempel
ligt op 9 hectare grond.
Dag 03 Mahabalipuram
Ook bekend als de twee pagodes, de hoofd attracties in de stad zijn de
mooie monolithische monumenten en de steen sculpturen. De belangrijkste
monumenten zijn de vijf Rathas, het Bas reliëf op een grote rots die
bekend is al Arjuna’s penance, Mahisasure Madapan en de oevertempel.
Dag 03 Departure
Transfer naar het Internationale vliegveld, 3 uur voor vertrek van de
internationale vlucht voor uw reis terug naar uw eigen land. Onze
service eindigt hier.
